• If you already have a logo design, place your order on website.(see step 3)
• If you do not have a design already and would like me to create one please contact me to assist you. PLEASE NOTE: If you have placed an order without having a pre-existing logo the order will be cancelled, unless you have already contacted me.
• Upload your logo formats, eg. PNG (transparent background) EPS, PDF, or vector file. Please ensure your logo is high quality for example at least 300dpi.
• Once the order has been checked and approved (if required) the item will be dispatched.
• The turnaround time is up to 2 weeks from when you receive a conformation email. This may vary if there are any delays in receiving stock. Please contact me if you require a specific timeframe.

As all items are made to order by hand, once the order has been placed, there can be no returns, exchanges or cancellations. However, please do contact me if there are any issues with your order.
